At Pokemon Booster Boxes, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you safely, quickly, and efficiently no matter where in the world you are. Below, you’ll find all the details you need about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak periods, special releases, or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer both domestic (within Japan) and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: Next-day delivery (where available)

International Shipping

  • Standard Airmail: 7-14 business days

  • Registered Airmail with Tracking: 7–12 business days

  • EMS Express (Japan Post or equivalent): 3–7 business days

  • DHL/FedEx/USPS (Express shipping): 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotions check our homepage or product pages for details.


4. Tracking Information

  • All packages are tracked and a tracking number will be provided for your package.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments.


5. Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are securely packaged to protect the condition of your Pokémon cards.

  • Booster boxes and sealed products are shipped in sturdy boxes with internal protection to prevent damage during transit.

  • We handle every order with care because we’re collectors too.


6. Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

  • We cannot mark packages as “gift” or underdeclare value please understand we must comply with international shipping laws.

  • Customs clearance may cause delays outside our control.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • We will give you a complete reshipment of your order and provide you with a new tracking number.
